You don't have to be a licensed massage therapist to give your family massages with healthful benefits. A basic massage using long, gentle strokes can be very effective. Many of the best benefits of massage are the direct result of a simple gentle touch. Touching releases a host of helpful chemicals that keep working for hours after you put the scented oils away. Join us for a fun, Hands-on 4 hour Workshop where we explore the basics of giving an in home Swedish massage.
